Though I like to think they had the best intentions. It is my personal belief that some of God's chosen ones are not "perfect" by society's standards by design. That way regular people, who do fall and are not perfect (which is by his design), can see that they can still be worthy of God's love and can still aspire to be like Christ, who taught us to love ourselves, each other/neighbors, and value the life we were given and make the best of it, which I believe is why Christ incarnated as human so humans believe they could be CHristlike even if we are not perfect. Believing that I believe increases the chance of humans getting back up again when we do "fall" or fail ourselves and fail to love the gift of life. Maybe there are people, heroes, out there that are perfect and it's nice to have that example but seeing people who accomplish greats things for the world be human and fallible inspires humanity that they could do the same as they are, as God created them. Imagine if Whitney was allowed to be Whitney and allowed to be human and love who she loved. Imagine if she was shown the love she gave to the world. "Disgust?" really? The only disgust I see here is the lack of respect for this woman and those who think she needs to explain herself to them. Come on now. God bless Whitney and I'm so grateful I got to experience her.
